Passport
Check your passport before buying tickets. The passport must have blank pages and its validity must meet the requirements of the UAE and the airline.
Medical insurance
We recommend arranging travel medical insurance for the entire trip. The policy can be arranged at our visa centre, on our website or by sending an e-mail to
Overstaying
Do not exceed the permitted period of stay in the UAE. Violating the stay period may lead to fines, exit or entry restrictions and problems with future trips.
Money and bank cards
The currency of the UAE is the UAE dirham (AED). Bank cards are widely accepted, but it is recommended to have cash for smaller expenses.
Local rules
Before travelling, check the rules for importing medicines and other goods. Some medicines and substances permitted in Europe may be restricted or prohibited in the UAE.
